You will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. With a customer-first mentality and excellent communication skills, you will have a direct impact on improving customer satisfaction and strengthening our brand presence. You will spend your time communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, offering solutions to inquiries, and handling a variety of service-related issues. You will be part of a supportive team that collaborates effectively to meet the needs of our clients, and you will work closely with other departments to ensure we exceed customer expectations. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Provide day-to-day support in Medtronic's Order-To-Delivery processes through analytical and operational support. * Provide a professional level of support to the customers and Field Sales team. * Contribute to the company goals in the areas of customer satisfaction and KPIs. * Be responsible for issue resolution and reactive communication towards the customer/patient. * Contribute to process improvement / standardization (internal/external) and be able to participate or lead projects. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Experience in an office environment * Computer literate * Good communication skills (telephone and email)
