Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Guadalajara office (Calle Amado Nervo 2200, Jardínes del Sol, 45050 Zapopan, Jal.) Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity. In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite five days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in-person team environment. Nextiva is an innovative US software development company providing cloud-based communication services that are currently used by thousands of businesses. We strive to be the best of the best across multiple technology channels, including UCaaS and SaaS. We are a global team of over 1,000 members and are the fastest-growing privately held cloud communications provider in the US. We are looking for amazing people, like you, to join our team in Guadalajara. Currently, we are hiring Customer Care Billing Specialist, who will be working with internal and external customers to perform various billing and other AR-related functions to support the Nextiva’s billing operations processes. Over 90% of the communication in this role will be in English (verbal celebrating wins to fuel momentum
