4-hour afternoon/evening shifts (17:00–21:00 / 18:00–22:00 / 19:00–23:00)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluency in English and Greek, Computer literacy, Flexibility to work on shift rotation
Nice to Have
Knowledge of extra languages, Prior experience in a similar role or in a call center
What You'll Do.
Assist our customer base via live chat
email and social media with a wide variety of account queries including payment
verification and bet queries.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
provide appropriate solutions
Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
comments and complaints
Enhance customer experience through feedback you give to Product teams
