Job Title: Customer Audit Engineer What to Expect Gotion is seeking a dynamic Customer Audit Engineer that will be responsible for leading the preparation work for customer factory audits, managing the end-to-end audit process, and ensuring the resolution of identified issues. This position will also oversee internal process audits (such as VDA 6.3), collaborate across functions to implement improvement measures, reduce risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards.） What You’ll Do Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up work of customer factory audits to ensure full compliance with customer requirements. Serve as the primary liaison for the client audit team, coordinating with internal departments to gather the necessary documents and data. Before the customer audit, conduct risk identification and self-assessment to proactively address potential non-conformity issues. Develop and track action plans to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution of high-risk escalation issues as needed. Maintain audit documents and provide real-time updates on audit progress and compliance risks to leadership.
