2 years of customer-facing experience, Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, Satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems, California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment, Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment, Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine, Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours), Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat, Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs, Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, Must be at least 21 years of age, Possess a valid driver's license, Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite
Complete customer paperwork
Include thorough notes in customer tracking system
Address customer questions or minor technical issues
Ensure a positive and memorable experience
Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record

Shift Requirement:. The hours for this position are from 7 am - 3 pm or 1 pm - 9 pm. We ask that team members be available to work 6 days a week; Saturdays are required. Unlock Your Earning Potential! We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe: Pay Range: $17-$19 hourly Starting Pay: $17/hr At 3 Months: $17.50/hr At 6 Months: $18/hr In your first year, you can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days. And that's not all!
