Full Job Description
Do you speak Swedish and at least also Spanish? Are you passionate about being on the front line of customer service, answering customer inquiries? If so, seize this opportunity now! We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department. What will you do? As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions. In this position, you will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system. You will receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently. ## Requirements We are looking for you, because you... * are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations; * have prior experience as a customer service representative; * are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking; * are fluent in Swedish and Spanish; * and you are at least also solid in English to be able to communicate within our company; * handle stress well and remain composed under pressure; * are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight; * have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us!
