By connecting farmers and customers, you play a vital role in maintaining our prominent position on the global agriculture stage. From commodity marketing and relationship building to contract management, your primary objective is the effective origination of grains, oilseeds, and specialty crop commodities. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Negotiate and coordinate grain contracts for a defined client base. * Develop and maintain business partnerships with current and potential customers. * Execute grain marketing programs to meet budgeted grain volumes and margins. * Provide grain marketing strategy education to farmers. * Analyze current and future agricultural trends and service needs. **Skills/Experience Requirements:** * Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent. * Current digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environment. * Demonstrated enthusiasm for interacting and fostering collaborative relationships with both internal team members and external customers. * Self-motivated team p
