**JOB TITLE** Customer Account Manager – Ocado Homecare **LOCATION** Sunlight House **ABOUT THE ROLE** Ocado is the world’s largest dedicated online grocery retailer. Having recently partnered with M&S and with large growth ambitions for this year and beyond, they continue to outperform the UK market. Becoming the fastest growing retailer in the fastest growing channel. Evolving from a retail business into a technology company, they are on a mission to change the way the world shops as they continue to create global retail partnerships. We are looking for a Senior Customer Account Manger to lead our Homecare and Non-Foods business with Ocado. This candidate will manage the relationship with Ocado, developing business plans which deliver against Unilever HC targets. Driving the online agenda, ensuring Unilever products show up flawlessly online (7OA, perfect store online, retail media). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Build strong and sustainable customer relationships. Negotiate effectively with your customer, e.g. to agree trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts according to the UL HC strategy. * Manage the relationship aspects of key customer ‘events’, e.g. launching of new products, cost price changes, breaches of trade terms * Develop and deliver the customer strategic business plan for HC, and lead the joint business plan across non-foods. * Develop and deliver an optimal integrated category promotional plan (including selling the plan with the customer). Manage promotional and non-promotional investments with the customer and ensures all agreements are properly documented and stored * Manage the launch of new products with customers, e.g. selling in the new product, providing samples etc * Ensure effective in-store activation of key events (e.g. promotions, range launches), working closely with the retail media team. * Manage the customer P&L for relevant categories and the overall level of customer investment * Manage in-month performance vs forecast, working clo
