What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver's license, Fleet safety certified
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree or equivalent, ASE certification
What You'll Do.
Achieve goals for assigned accounts
Implement new Commercial Sales programs
Support current Commercial Sales programs
Visit assigned accounts
Develop sales approaches
Meet commercial customer needs
Maintain database of account sales activity
Communicate with Store Team
Ensure customer expectations are met
Provide feedback to business partners
Strengthen market position
Partner in development and retention of Commercial Parts Pros
Support Advance plan for internal growth
Assist in other functions as assigned
Operate POS equipment

Work with District Leaders; Work with General Managers; Communicate with Store Team; Partner in development and retention of Commercial Parts Pros; Assist in other functions as assigned by Region and Area leaders
