3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with expansion or account management focus, Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track customer engagement, Excellent active listening, critical thinking, and objection-handling skills, Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, Team-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate across sales, solutions, and services teams, Ability to travel multiple times per year

About the Role TeamDynamix is seeking a dedicated, driven Customer Account Executive to join our remote Customer Success team. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts with a strong emphasis on revenue expansion. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, skillfully navigating complex customer needs, negotiating commercial outcomes, and consistently delivering value for both customers and the business. The ideal candidate brings a sales-first mindset, proven ability to generate opportunities within existing accounts, and deep experience in ITSM, ESM, PPM, iPaaS, or related workflow technology solutions. - Own and manage a book of existing customers, driving account expansion, and long-term growth. - Partner with customers to develop and execute win-win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while strengthening trusted relationships. - Identify and map buying influencers, decision-makers, budgets, and purchasing criteria within assigned accounts. - Develop deep expertise in TeamDynamix’s products & licensing models, enabling confident guidance during commercial discussions. - Proactively engage customers to uncover needs for consulting, implementation, and professional services. - Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to lead discovery conversations, position solutions, and deliver product demonstrations for expansion opportunities. - Generate and qualify new opportunities within assigned accounts through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach. - Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
