What You'll Do.
Oversee all customer accounts for project readiness
and Utility interconnection/rebates
Submit architectural improvement requests to AHJ
Submit interconnection requests to utilities
Ensure timely processing of applications
Track and submit payments/receipts to Accounting
Provide project status updates to teams
Communicate project details with Sales and Operations
How You'll Work.

Act as a point of contact for Sales and other Departments; Work with Customer Care, Resolutions, Operations, and Sales teams; Communicate with Sales and Operations teams; Work in collaboration with Senior Customer Account Coordinators and Supervisors; Collaborate on-site with Regional Operations Manager

In addition, the Customer Accounts Coordinator is responsible for any duties that are assigned to them by the Customer Account Management Manager. This role must have a solid understanding of the requirements needed for getting projects ready for installation and strong project management skills.
