What You'll Achieve.
Ensure bespoke support solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed specifications; Ensure accurate inventory records and alignment with customer entitlements; Ensure that support services provided match contracted service levels and entitlements; Ensuring timely and accurate financial processing; Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction; Guarantee delivery meets both company standards and client specifications

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years experience in project management or in like roles, Advanced English Level, Experience managing custom or non-standard projects for enterprise customers, Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Project Management certification (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL certification), client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, Experience with inventory management and entitlement tracking systems
What You'll Do.
Develop detailed project plans
Liaise directly with clients
Oversee inventory requests and tracking
Manage customer entitlements
Coordinate billing activities
Review and monitor case management issues
Collaborate with technical support
Lead and/or actively participate in meetings
Identify risks and issues early
Maintain comprehensive documentation
Monitor project output
Identify opportunities for process improvement
