What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of application experience, Valid driver’s must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy, Must obtain and maintain required state commercial applicator certification as required by state, Minimum of an Ag CDL
Nice to Have
Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred
What You'll Do.
Apply products safely and accurately
Operate and maintain Company equipment
Build and maintain customer relations
Provide feedback to customers
Provide feedback to location manager
Provides quality application of crop protection
Provides quality application of fertilizer products
Provides quality application of lime
Utilize information and technology for applications
Assist in transporting crop protection
Assist in transporting fertilizer products
Obtain/maintain state commercial applicator certification
Perform daily inspection of equipment
Perform post application inspections
Maintain safety equipment
Maintain applicator and equipment logs
Perform required calibration
Perform preventive maintenance
Comply with regulatory guidelines
Assist other team members
Assist with operational scouting
Assist with product transportation
Assist with various services for customers
Follow Environmental Health and Safety
Apply correct labeling
Serve as location Safety Coordinator
