Regularly lift more than 50 pounds, Climb ladders, Perform preventive maintenance activities, Perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location, Regularly required to walk, stand, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, feel and grasp, Required overtime as the season demands
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of application experience, Valid driver’s must be able to meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with Company policy, Must obtain and maintain required state commercial applicator certification as required by state, Minimum of an Ag CDL
Nice to Have
Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred
What You'll Do.
Apply products safely and accurately
Operate and maintain Company equipment
Build and maintain customer relations
Provide feedback to customers
Apply crop protection
fertilizer products and lime
Utilize information and technology for applications
and transporting products
Obtain/maintain state commercial applicator certification
Perform daily inspection of equipment
Maintain safety equipment
Maintain applicator and equipment logs
Perform calibration and preventive maintenance
Comply with regulatory guidelines
Assist team members in physical duties
Assist with operational scouting
Assist with product transportation
Assist with services for customers
Follow Environmental Health and Safety policies
decals and DOT numbers
Serve as location Safety Coordinator
