What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience, 0-3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or financial services, Ability to work from our NYC office five days a week with Saturday and Sunday as part of the standard shift

What You’ll Do We are seeking a highly motivated Custody Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Custody Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the operational processes for Fireblocks Trust Company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new digital assets for the regulated custodial service as well as support the operations functions for the Trust Company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in operations, cryptocurrency, and financial services. This position sits at the intersection of traditional finance, cryptocurrency innovation, and regulatory compliance, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of institutional digital asset custody.
