You will play a crucial role in maintaining a spotless and safe work environment. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative setting where our innovative solutions ensure a more secure world. * Separate recyclables and construction debris, ensuring they are placed accurately for collection. * Keep production areas exceptionally clean and sanitized according to daily schedules and as needed. * Assist with general labor tasks such as point touch-up and pre-shipment building cleaning. * Perform light maintenance tasks, including changing air filters, moving furniture, and snow removal. * Identify maintenance tasks and communicate requirements to outside contractors. * Recommend measures to improve electrical infrastructure, equipment performance, and energy conservation. * Operate a forklift (certification will be provided if needed). * Undertake other assigned duties that help build an enjoyable and pride-filled workplace. ## Proficiency To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate: * Strong oral communication skills – speak clearly, listen well, and respond to questions effectively. * Excellent teamwork – contribute to a positive team spirit and support others’ efforts to succeed. * Consistent attendance and punctuality. * Initiative – volunteer readily, seek increased responsibilities, and offer help when needed. * Dedication to quality and quantity – complete work timely and efficiently. * Safety and security awareness – observe procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use materials accurately. ## Qualifications * High school diploma or GED, or
