At least 18 years of age, Previous Custodian or Janitorial experience, Experience with cleaning equipment, Experience and knowledgeable in PPE, Experience and knowledgeable in Chemical, Experience and knowledgeable in SDS, Qualified to operate a motor vehicle, Possess a valid driver’s license, Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
What You'll Do.
Perform regular cleaning
Perform light maintenance
sweep and mop all common areas
furniture and fixtures
Remove all trash and debris
Dispose of trash and debris
Clean restrooms daily
Replenish all soap and personal items
Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas daily
Sweep/mop kitchen floors
Clean auction block areas weekly
Wash windows in all common areas
Ensure entrance and areas outside of sales arena
Perform any other cleaning and custodial duties
Replenish supplies for assigned areas
Monitor inventory of janitorial supplies
Advise Facility Manager of items needed
Inform Facility Manager of all equipment breakdowns
Inform Facility Manager of any necessary maintenance
Monitor restrooms and kitchen area during each sale
Ensure areas are fully stocked

Reporting to the Facilities Manager or designated manager, the Custodian will perform regular cleaning and light maintenance activities for all auction buildings. Must know, practice and ensure that all company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times. Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention. Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition by greeting others.
