What You'll Do.
Supervise daily custodial operations
Adhere to customer-determined standards
Develop cleaning schedules and routines
Review and adjust schedules as needed
Train custodians in cleaning procedures
Train custodians in equipment use
Train custodians in cleaning solutions
Train custodians in building security
Train custodians in safety regulations
Communicate with custodial staff
Communicate with community members
Communicate with customers
Utilize Microsoft Office software
Utilize electronic work order systems
Meet with staff to address issues
Implement Green Cleaning procedures
Train custodians in Green Cleaning
Assign work to employees
Supervise work performed by employees
Supervise sub-contracted cleaning services
Perform cleaning quality inspections
Document inspection results
Initiate corrective actions
Implement quality improvement recommendations
Manage employee performance
Provide counsel to employees
Provide disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with procedures
Ensure compliance with policies
