Work occasional night or weekend shifts as required, This position works fully on-site in Petersham, MA, This position will occasionally need to work outside in varying weather condition particularly in the winter time when shoveling and assisting with snow removal, Regular lifting, walking, and standing, Ability to lift 75lbs repetitively, Applicants MUST submit a cover letter in addition to their resume
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, Valid driver's license with good driving record
Nice to Have
Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience, Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills, Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, tools, and safety practices, attention-to-detail and time-management skills, Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions, Ability to repetitively lift 75 lbs
What You'll Do.
Maintain interior and exterior of buildings
Perform routine custodial tasks
Assist with set-up and breakdown for events
and maintain inventory of supplies
Assist with general facility and grounds maintenance
Perform basic maintenance tasks
Assist with snow removal
Support Forest Operations as needed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
As a member of the Facilities team, occasionally assist with general facility and grounds maintenance as needed; Support Forest Operations as needed
