The Patient Advocate will provide support and education to Korlym patients who have opted in to our program. You will closely collaborate with our internal teams and specialty pharmacy as part of Corcept’s dedication to excellence within our patient-centered approach.   Responsibilities: Establish relationships with patients with Cushing’s Syndrome who are being treated with Korlym to provide information and disease state education.  Refer patients to HCP or specialty pharmacy when medical advice is needed or requested  Work closely with internal teams and specialty pharmacy to ensure excellent patient support  Document patient case notes and follow procedures around protecting PHI and document retention  Report product adverse events to Corcept medical information hotline  Maintain the highest standards of scientific, clinical, and technical expertise in Cushing’s Syndrome   Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies: A positive, compassionate, caring attitude for patients suffering from a rare disease  Good listener with the ability to communicate scientific and medical information clearly  Ability to connect with a diverse group of individuals and develop rapport quickly  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team se
