Full Job Description
**[What the role is]** You will support curriculum review and enhancement initiatives by generating evidence-based insights to inform programme improvements across ITE's programme offerings. The role requires the ability to synthesise quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations that strengthen curriculum quality, alignment with industry needs, and compliance with regulatory requirements. **[What you will be working on]** * Conduct data analysis and applied research to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, learning outcomes and graduate employment performance * Facilitate focus group discussions and stakeholder engagements to gather qualitative insights for curriculum improvement * Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to surface insights that drive curriculum decisions, identify curriculum gaps and improvement opportunities * Collaborate with curriculum developers, subject matter experts and industry partners to validate research findings and co-develop recommendations * Prepare clear reports, presentations and briefing papers to communicate findings to curriculum teams and institutional stakeholders **[What we are looking for]** * Experience in curriculum development, educational research or programme evaluation in a post-secondary applied education institution * Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including data collection and statistical analysis * Familiarity with Singapore's education landscape, including ITE's role in the post-secondary education system and the SkillsFuture ecosystem * Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights * Experience working with learning management systems, survey tools, or data visualisation platforms is an advantage
