Join us! ****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**** **Description** : ACT1 Federal is seeking a Curriculum Developer to support the designing, updating and maintaining of the Special Tactics training curriculum that supports the STTS mission requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with operational instructors to ensure the training materials remain current, relevant and is aligned with the missions’ needs. **Responsibilities:** * Design and revising curriculum. * Develop lesson plans and instructional materials. * Conduct curriculum reviews. * Support accreditation and training documentation. * Collaborate with subject matter experts. * Ensure instructional effectiveness. * Other related duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in educational design or related field is required. * Minimum five (5) years of DoD instructional design or curriculum development experience is required. * Special Operations background is preferred. * **Active Secret Clearance is required.** **Desired qualifications:** * ISD certification * ADDIE methodology expertise * Military training development experience * Special Operations training experience **Benefits** · Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance · ACT1 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) · Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance · Company Paid Sh
