What You'll Achieve.
Foster employee engagement and a sense of belonging.; Ensure a high-quality, creative experience aligned with studio standards.; Ensure a high-quality day-to-day employee experience.; Contribution to engagement and recognition initiatives.; Recommend improvements and adjustments based on observed needs.; Ensure the consistency, relevance, and impact of related initiatives.; Ensure optimal use of resources.; Contribute to creating a stimulating, inclusive, and culture-aligned work environment.; Foster a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere.
Industry & Context.
Must be able to work from the Montreal studio 4 days per week.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate event planning and coordination, and in deploying culture-related initiatives., Proven experience contributing to initiatives that drive employee engagement and sense of belonging., College diploma (DEC) in marketing, event management, or a related field., Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written., Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as project management tools (e.g.: Monday).
Nice to Have
Interest or experience with visual design tools (e.g. , Canva, Photoshop)
