Varying hours each day, Physically demanding settings, Diverse weather conditions, Varying temperatures, Full mobility of all limbs, Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Hike over uneven terrain for distances of three miles or more, Manage snorkel activities in deep water, Drive inflatable boats for several hours per day, Hike over uneven terrain for up to 3 miles, Kayak up to 3 miles
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CPR & First Aid Certified, Bachelor’s degree or four years of work experience, Full mobility of all limbs, Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, In-depth knowledge of destination, Previous experience guiding or working in destination, Ability to read, write, and comprehend policies, Ability to effectively communicate professionally
Nice to Have
Higher level of CPR & First Aid training, USCG license to drive inflatable boats, From Japan
What You'll Do.
Create engaging presentations
Present engaging recaps
Lead guests on off-ship activities
Provide in-the-field interpretation
Assist with general care of Field Staff equipment
Assist with general care of Field Staff spaces
Represent Lindblad Expeditions with integrity
Represent Lindblad Expeditions with professionalism
Lead hiking operations
Assist with hiking operations
Lead inflatable boat tours
Assist with inflatable boat tours
Assist with kayak tours
Lead stand up paddleboard tours
Assist with stand up paddleboard tours
Assist with snorkel tours
Lead cross country ski operations
Assist with cross country ski operations
Lead snowshoe operations
Assist with snowshoe operations
Assist with coach tours
Assist with cultural tours
Assist with culinary tours
Lead historical tours

Offer relevant interpretation

Participate in evening recaps
