What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CPR & First Aid Certified, Bachelor’s degree or four years of work experience, Full mobility of all limbs, Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, In-depth knowledge of destination, Previous experience guiding or working in destination, Ability to read, write, and comprehend policies, Ability to effectively communicate orally, Ability to effectively communicate in writing
Nice to Have
Higher level of CPR & First Aid training, Canadian Arctic subject matter expertise, Expertise in Canadian Arctic natural history, Expertise in Canadian Arctic culture, Familiarity with inflatable boats, Ability to drive inflatable boats, USCG license to drive inflatable boats
What You'll Do.
Create engaging presentations

Lead guests on off-ship activities
Provide in-the-field interpretation
Assist with general care of Field Staff equipment
Assist with general care of Field Staff spaces
Support the expedition as expert
Support the expedition as specialist
Deliver guest experience
Lead hiking operations
Assist with hiking operations
Lead inflatable boat tours
Assist with inflatable boat tours
Assist with kayak tours
Lead stand up paddleboard tours
