What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 years of cannabis cultivation experience, High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent, Must be authorized to live and work in the U. S., Must be at least 21 years old, Must speak/read/write English proficiently
Nice to Have
Previous wash/sanitation experience within a manufacturing environment, Experience working with METRC, Prior janitorial experience, Prior dishwashing experience
What You'll Do.
Assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest
Planting and resetting rooms
Miscellaneous tasks related to day-to-day management of gardens
General cleaning duties (scrubbing and sanitizing trays)
Cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment
Weighing & tracking plant waste
Completing regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease
Ensuring cultivation facilities are consistently stocked with appropriate supplies
Ensuring all equipment and systems are properly maintained
leaks and make sure safety signs are in place
Transports trash and waste to the disposal area
Complies with safety requirements

## Description At State Flower, we grow our cannabis hydroponically and indoors, feeding our flowers a proprietary blend of bio-mineral nutrients and beneficial microorganisms. Because we are small, our team touches each plant constantly pruning, supporting the canopy and ensuring nurture at every level. Come join us in cultivating some of the finest cannabis in California! About This Role The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include — but are not limited to — assisting the Cultivation Manager in various ways such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, IPM applications, pruning plants, planting and resetting rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our gardens and their various individual departments.
