Must Have
Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation, Advanced knowledge of cultivation facility operations, Two years of experience in supervisory/managerial responsibilities, Demonstrated experience managing agents and operations, Computer literacy in word processing, Computer literacy in point-of-sale systems, Computer literacy in data base management, Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law, Proficiency in windows-based software, Proficiency in point of sale applications, Must be 21 years of age or older, Must comply with all legal or company regulations

Manage day to day actions of cultivation staff

Delegate tasks to gardeners daily
Coordinate with Cultivation Manager for communication
Oversee cultivation tasks

Ensure plant health by pruning
Ensure plant health by defoliating
Coordinate pest management practices
Relay plant health information
Relay scheduling information
