Nice to Have
Knowledge of growing technologies, Hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture, Understand different cannabis strains and their unique growing needs
What You'll Do.
Perform daily plant care
Maintain ideal growing conditions
Inspect plants for leaf health
Remove plants that don’t meet standards
Record inventory in the electronic tracking system
Support the curing process
Hang and dry-rack flowers
Monitor climate conditions
Operate and maintain lighting systems
Operate and maintain irrigation systems
Operate and maintain climate-control systems
Stock cultivation supplies
Keep cultivation areas and tools clean and sanitized
Prepare and package products
Follow state regulations
Follow security procedures
