Must Have
Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption, Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions, Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment, Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust, Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time, Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level, Must be 21 years of age or older to apply, Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry, Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time

Monitor and maintain plant production and health
Maintain quality control measures
Maintain organization

Carry out day-to-day plant care
Move plants from one area to another
Move Rockwool for transplanting
Transplant smaller plants into bigger pots
Perform assigned duties to ensure clean facility
Dispose of waste safely
Clean cultivation equipment and tools
Assist with tracking plants from birth to harvest
Ensure accurate documentation of plant tracking numbers
