What You'll Do.
manage and coordinate key culinary operational processes
identify and coordinate suitable ingredient substitutions for recipes when replacements are required
Review and approve planned menus on behalf of the Culinary team
focusing on expected performance and ingredient availability
Manage and advise on ingredient changes to weekly menus in line with customer feedback and product availability
Continuously question and improve our existing Culinary operational processes
clear instructions for ingredient substitutions to our Customer Care team
optimised processes by observing and mapping current ways of working across squads

Culinary Operations Associate (6 month contract) As the Culinary Operations Associate, you will act as the crucial link between our culinary vision and operational execution. We are looking for a detail-oriented foodie to manage and coordinate key culinary operational processes across our business. This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney on a hybrid working arrangement, and reports directly to Culinary Operations Manager You will... Work closely with Procurement, Menu Planning, CX, Editorial, and Culinary squads to identify and coordinate suitable ingredient substitutions for recipes when replacements are required. Review and approve planned menus on behalf of the Culinary team, focusing on expected performance and ingredient availability.
