Must Have

5+ years of professional culinary experience, ServSafe certification required

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, food science, or related field preferred, restaurant, catering, or CPG/product development environments preferred

What You'll Do.

Drive culinary development of new flavor profiles

Develop and iterate recipes

Support internal tastings and cuttings

Maintain detailed documentation of formulations

Ensure adherence to food safety requirements

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner regularly with other functions such as Innovation, R&D, Product Development, Commercialization, Brand, Sales, and Operations; Serve as a culinary partner to Innovation, Product Development, and Commercialization; Collaborate with Culinary Operations, Sourcing, and R&D/PD
