What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Mathematics/Statistics, or Engineering with 2-4 years of experience OR more than 4 years of experience conducting data analytics on a daily basis, Experience with Python, JavaScript, and Linux, Experience with test design and reporting, Knowledge of test methods and methodologies, Knowledge of systems engineering processes, Experience effectively and professionally communicating technical and program related information to multiple stakeholders and adherence to established communications plans, Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems within a cross-functional team, Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in dynamic, politically sensitive environments ensuring customer expectations are managed
Nice to Have
Basic mechanical experience working with tools, Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) transmission, detection, and deterrence equipment and techniques, Experience with UAS operation & and command, control, and guidance systems, Experience testing Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Experience flying both rotary and fixed wing Group 1-2 UAS
What You'll Do.
analyze and report on Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems performance test and evaluation
Design test plans to evaluate various C-UAS technologies to include radio frequency devices
electro-optical/infrared cameras
and software integrations
Support the development of front-end and back-end software
Develop concepts to test and verify systems specifications and provide a written narrative to support technical analysis
Draft test documentation for testing and evaluation
Conducts general test support to include test set-up and tear-down
Safely fly/operate small drones
Execute tests on a wide range of technologies at multiple locations across the U. S.
Support the development of key metrics to support the programs solution development team
Responsible for target placement
and target operator instructions and guidance
