ABOUT THE VENTURE IMMOLY https://immoly.ai/ is building the AI operating system for private landlords. Property management is still painfully manual: emails, WhatsApp messages, tenant calls, repairs, rent checks, documents, service providers, reminders, deadlines, Nebenkosten, legal questions, banking, and endless follow-ups. IMMOLY turns this into a proactive AI-based property management platform: agents that understand incoming requests, structure tasks, communicate with tenants and service providers, and help landlords manage their properties with far less operational effort. We are already incorporated, pre-seed funded, and have a first stack of users. The first product is live, the core direction is clear, and now we are looking for a hands-on CTO / Technical Lead who can take ownership of the product and technology as a co-founder.
