8+ years of experience technical in dev, 2+ years of experience in run, Leadership skills, Curiosity (genai, automation, monitoring), Ability to POC quickly and industrialize, Willingness to carry a strong vision on AI in the run, Willingness to communicate on networks and give conferences, Good Solution Architect, Ability to support complex sales, Demanding, proactive and results-oriented, Lives in Paris, At least 2 years of dev tasks (writing code) cumulatively, At least 1 year of ops tasks (deploying infrastructures) cumulatively, Proven experience in structuring technical teams and managing lieutenants, Track record in improving reliability (TMA, outsourcing) and innovation, Ability to contribute to complex sales and demonstrate the value of operational excellence, 8+ years of solid dev - you know how to deliver, debug, scale, You know production run (>=2 years): incidents, SLO, monitoring, nothing scares you, You naturally take the lead: you onboard teams and move fast, Ultra curious: GenAI, automation, observability... you test, you POC in a few days, you industrialize behind, You have a real vision of AI in the run - and you know how to transform it into concrete impact, Comfortable speaking: conferences, posts, evangelism, Architect at heart: you structure robust systems and help close complex deals, Demanding, strong ownership, results-oriented - you make things happen
