## Description Le groupe Theodo accompagne depuis 2009 les entreprises innovantes dans la conception, le développement et le déploiement de produits digitaux ingénieux, en tirant parti du meilleur de la technologie et de l’approche Lean. Theodo connait une croissance exceptionnelle depuis 15 ans : nos équipes rassemblent plus de 700 Theodoers, principalement des Software Engineers, passionnés de technologie et d’amélioration continue. Avec la croissance, le groupe s’est structuré en entités spécialisées par technologies (Theodo Apps, Theodo Cloud, Theodo Data & AI) ou par industries (Fintech, Govtech, Healthtech, Consumer Products Goods). En 2025, le groupe Theodo génère 100M€ de CA. Theodo veut renforcer la qualité technique et l’innovation sur son offre Run pour soutenir la croissance et atteindre les objectifs de revenus récurrents. Le Run Tech Director garantit l’excellence technique, structure les équipes techniques et porte l’innovation (support augmenté par AI, observabilité), participe activement aux ventes techniques et à la visibilité, pour que le Run Theodo soit une référence du marché. A 8+ années d’expérience technique en dev. A 2+ années d’expérience à faire du run. Fait preuve de leadership et fédère les équipes. Est curieux (genai, automatisation, monitoring), POC vite, sait industrialiser Est prêt à porter une vision forte sur l’IA dans le run Est prêt à communiquer sur les réseaux et faire des confs Bon Solution Architect, sait accompagner des ventes complexes.
