What They're Looking For.
Must Have
German essential, English min. B/C Level, Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point skills required, CRM and ERP experience
Nice to Have
MedTech preferred not essential, Sales Force and SAP would be an asset
What You'll Do.
Provide customer support regarding cases & process management
Manage E2E OTC reimbursement process
Ensure high knowledge of CTC processes
prior authorization and documentation
Support UAT Testing teams
document and monitor test scenarios
Develop and maintain case management process
Define cases (Except & Key Cases)
Act as single point of contact for inquiries
Find proper solutions for difficult cases
Develop standard solutions and processes
Roll out training across the team
Manage and support customers through trial periods
Coordinate and collaborate with Market Access
Analyze reasons for rejections
Guide and advise customers through application process
Onboard and train new employees
Act as trainer and moderator for trainings
Support GSA CTC workforce management
Support developing KPI structures
Support operational Post Entry
Support Master Data Management Process

Team & Collaboration
Communication between Sales, Market Access, Health Insurance teams; Work cross functionally across sales, commercial, market access and marketing teams; Proactive collaboration with all CTC and Customer Care Teams
