This role also includes leadership responsibilities, such as guiding multidisciplinary consulting teams and financial oversight, and ensuring successful cybersecurity sales objectives. **Who You Are** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead cybersecurity sales and collaborate with senior client stakeholders, including CISOs and technology leaders, to understand business objectives, translate them into security requirements, and align outcomes with organizational strategy. * Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions to identify risks, evaluate current-state maturity, and define target-state security models. * Shape security transformation programs, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable, sequenced effectively, and aligned with budget, risk tolerance, and operational constraints. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (architecture, SOC, cloud, identity, GRC) to ensure coherent delivery of security capabilities and consistent application of best practices. * Oversee the development of security roadmaps, including prioritization of initiatives, definition of milestones, and alignment with business timelines. * Monitor engagement pe
