What You'll Achieve.
coordinating and completing daily procedures; prioritizing the sequence of operations; completing the exam; following through with all the necessary paperwork with minimal supervision; Demonstrates competency in PACS process and performs daily QA process; Functions proficiently with all technical equipment in diagnostic modality; Properly uses radiation protection and shielding material to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines; Scan in and label documents appropriately and ensure images are released to radiologists promptly; Follow all radiation protection and dose reporting policies and processes; Assist other technologists when necessary to maintain productivity

Solve minor equipment problems for both X-Ray and CT
Must have the ability to function as both a CT Technologist and X-Ray Technologist, performing examinations of patients of all ages, Must be capable of lifting 50-100 lbs, including patient lifting, positioning aids, portable ultrasound machines, and assisting with minor patient movements, Requires physical flexibility to bend, reach, twist, and adjust equipment or patients as needed, Requires prolonged standing or walking while performing scans, moving between patients, and positioning equipment, Physical endurance is essential to complete multiple consecutive scans
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RT (R), (CT), (ARRT), and BLS certifications and state licensure where necessary, Ability to function as both a CT Technologist and X-Ray Technologist, Performing examinations of patients of all ages, Must be up to date on all vaccinations as required for hospital employment and pass any needed health screenings, including drug screening and background check
