Delivery of a high-quality, patient-centred CT imaging service; Optimise workflow; Ensure an exceptional customer experience; Drive CT performance targets including throughput, capacity utilisation, and report turnaround; Maximise appointment efficiency and commercial viability; Monitor and improve KPIs such as patient satisfaction, referral-to-scan times, and efficient scanner usage; Maintain high clinical standards; Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards; Minimise downtime; Support revenue growth

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent, HCPC registered Radiographer, Extensive experience in CT imaging in a busy hospital or diagnostic centre, Ability to lead teams and supervise radiographers, Experience in developing protocols

Nice to Have

Postgraduate CT qualification, Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) certificate, Leadership/management certification, Experience in private healthcare

What You'll Do.

Providing expert clinical leadership

Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality

patient-centred CT imaging service

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the CT department

Ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Leading on CT protocols

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards

Deliver expert-level CT radiography

Provide an outstanding patient experience

Act as the senior clinical reference for CT

Participate in complex CT procedures

Ensure imaging pathways support rapid turnaround times

Coordinate daily workflow

Drive CT performance targets

Work closely with bookings teams

Monitor and improve KPIs

and support CT radiographers

Support continuous professional development

Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture

Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R

and corporate policies

Maintain accurate records

Support preparation for external inspections

Oversee CT scanner functionality

Liaise with equipment engineers and vendors

Contribute to business cases for new CT technology and service expansion

Ensure protocols remain optimised

Identify opportunities to expand or enhance CT services

Work with consultants and referrers to promote CT services

Support marketing and business development initiatives

Drive innovation through adoption of new CT techniques and technology
