Problem-solve emerging issues; Plan approaches to intervene and prevent crises
On-call rotation is required for crisis response, Drive and travel extensively to community locations, Provide and/or arrange for transportation for people supported
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
LMFT-A/LMFT, LCSW-A/LCSW, LCMHC-A/LCMHC, Associate level licensed clinician actively seeking licensure may serve as the Team Lead conditional upon being fully licensed within 30-calendar months from the effective date of hire., Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder
What You'll Do.
Drive the delivery of CST service
Monitor CST service delivery
Facilitate weekly team meetings
Provide direct and indirect services
Coordinate and monitor services
Ensure admission and discharge procedures
Provide effective supervision to staff
Maintain accurate service documentation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Facilitate weekly face-to-face team meetings; Designate appropriate team staff; Provide clinical expertise to CST members; Develop a person centered plan with input; Build and manage teams; Maintain positive working relationships
