Full Job Description

The CSS Specialist is responsible for the review, investigation, and processing of account level documentation for compliance related and administrative tasks. The CSS Specialist must actively review and evaluate all relevant information and apply sound judgment to ensure consumer inquiries are handled appropriately. The CSS Specialist must use proprietary systems, multi-task effectively and is responsible for appropriately documenting company records. This position requires strict adherence to process guidelines and instructions while using judgment to identify any potential risk or escalated matters. **_RESPONSIBILITIES_** Reviews, investigates, and processes account level documentation in a timely manner using a defined set of procedures and guidelines Identify and escalate issues that may be a risk to the company Perform other duties, as assigned.
