We have multiple major rail projects currently in design across Victoria including Suburban Rail Loop . **Qualifications and Experience** * RIW competency or the ability to obtain within 6 months * Complete the planning, design and execution of projects working with large infrastructure teams * Demonstrate a client focus with proven experience in delivering great project outcomes in the past * Prepare technically sound, well written and easily understood proposals and reports * Polished communication skills with the ability to navigate project issues * Ability to resource, plan and execute complex progr
