What They're Looking For.
Must Have
knowledge or previous experience supporting customers in the SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement), Ability to obtain Part 107 certificate, Prior people management ideally in Customer Success, Program Management, Mission Success, or a similar post-sales function, Experience serving as an escalation point for critical customer situations and driving resolution across multiple internal teams
Nice to Have
A desire to learn, innovate, and adapt to a growing and changing environment, Familiarity with Public Safety technology programs, UAS operations, or related drone technologies
