What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., 8–10 years of experience in CSA construction management, Proven track record of managing large-scale, fast-track industrial projects, knowledge of CSA construction methods, materials, and standards., Proficiency in construction management software (e. g. , Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM tools)., Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Nice to Have
preferably in data center, high-tech, semiconductor projects

Coordinate with design
Review and validate CSA design documents
Oversee site preparation
Ensure compliance with codes
Manage subcontractors and vendors
Conduct regular site inspections
Report on project status
Resolve technical challenges
Drive continuous improvement

Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and other construction disciplines; Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
