Oversee CSA aspects of construction projects
Manage CSA design phase
Manage CSA procurement phase
Manage CSA project execution
Ensure compliance with project specifications
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Review and approve CSA design documents
Participate in design reviews
Participate in risk assessments
Manage CSA contractors
Manage CSA subcontractors
Establish project risk register
Review project risk register
Update project risk register
Monitor risk mitigation plans
Investigate incidents
Investigate near misses
Develop quality control procedures
Implement quality control procedures
Monitor commissioning process
Report on commissioning process
Manage defect identification
