What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline, 5–10 years of cost management experience with a focus on CSA / structural and architectural works, Proven experience delivering data centre, industrial, or large‑scale construction projects, understanding of CSA construction methods, sequencing, and materials, Solid knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration, analytical and reporting capabilities, Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, mission‑critical project environments
Nice to Have
Previous experience within a cost consultancy environment, Demonstrated experience on data centre or mission‑critical projects, Exposure to fast‑track and high‑pressure delivery environments
What You'll Do.
Deliver full lifecycle cost management services
Prepare and manage cost estimates
Provide cost advice during design development
Identify value engineering opportunities
Prepare tender documentation
Manage tender processes
Manage change control processes
Review and certify contractor progress payments
Monitor cost performance
Support final account negotiation
Prepare regular cost reports
Ensure alignment with project budgets
Ensure compliance with project governance
Identify and manage project cost risks
Maintain transparency and accuracy
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors; Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and client representatives; Participate in design, coordination, and site meetings; Coordinate closely with MEP teams
