What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or related discipline, 5–10 years’ experience in cost management within construction or industrial projects, Experience handling CSA and/or MEP packages within complex construction projects, Familiarity with fast-track and high-pressure project environments, understanding of cost management principles, procurement, and contract administration, Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary project scopes, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities, Effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills, Detail-oriented and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data centre, or mission‑critical projects, Previous experience in a cost consultancy or professional services environment
What You'll Do.
Prepare and manage cost estimates
Provide cost advice during design
Support value engineering initiatives
Prepare tender documentation
Manage tender processes
Review contractor progress claims
Maintain cost tracking
Prepare regular cost reports
Ensure compliance with project financial governance
Work closely with project teams
Support coordination between functions
Provide commercial input
Participate in project meetings
Ensure compliance with project controls
Identify and manage cost risks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with project teams across CSA, MEP, cleanroom, and process system scopes; Support coordination between engineering, construction, and procurement functions; Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
