What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline, 2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles, Basic understanding of cost management principles and construction processes, numerical and analytical skills, Good communication and coordination skills, Detail-oriented with organisational ability, Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, technically complex environment
Nice to Have
Exposure to construction projects (CSA and/or MEP scope), Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data centre, or mission‑critical environments, Previous exposure to a cost consultancy or professional services environment
What You'll Do.
Assist in preparing cost estimates
Support cost benchmarking and data analysis
Assist in providing cost input during design development
Support preparation and issuance of tender documentation
Assist in managing tender queries
Support tender evaluation through cost comparison
Assist in managing variations
change control processes
Support review of contractor progress claims
Maintain accurate cost records
financial documentation
Assist in preparing cost reports
Track project expenditure and highlight cost risks
Support compliance with project financial governance
Work closely with project teams for cost alignment
Assist in attending design
Support integration of cost information
Assist in liaising with project managers
Support effective communication and coordination
Provide administrative and commercial support
Ensure cost management documentation is accurate
Support adherence to project procedures
Contribute to capturing project data
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with project teams across CSA, MEP, and technical systems; Assist in attending design, coordination, and site meetings; Assist in liaising with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; Support effective communication and coordination across the project team; Provide administrative and commercial support to senior cost management staff
