What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline, 2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles, Basic understanding of cost management principles and construction processes, numerical and analytical skills, Good communication and coordination skills, Detail-oriented with organisational ability, Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, technically complex environment
Nice to Have
Exposure to construction projects (CSA and/or MEP scope), Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data centre, or mission‑critical environments, Previous exposure to a cost consultancy or professional services environment

Assist in preparing cost estimates
Support cost benchmarking and data analysis
Assist in providing cost input during design development
Support preparation and issuance of tender documentation
Assist in managing tender queries
Support tender evaluation through cost comparison
