Full Job Description

_**Architectural Construction QA**_ MSR-FSR is looking for an Architectural QA to join our team in Phoenix Arizona. Individuals must have previous experience in a semiconductor fab or subfab environment. **Responsibilities (including but not limited to):** · Regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and customer contract documents · Ability to work well on a team and individually · Work with key stakeholders to plan and organize activities concerned with construction projects; discuss such matters as work procedures, design, and quality issues · Record and organize all necessary documentation to record the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the QA program · Complete all QA documentation and any other reports that are required for the project · Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress · Conduct QC inspections; architectural finishes, walls, false ceilings, drywall, doors, windows, RMF, HEPA filter ceiling grid, Clean Room modular walls - based on inspection and test plan, check list, method statement and work procedures · Work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities · Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings · Perform final architectural QA on installations · Answering questions of a technical nature during project execution **Requirements:** · Knowledgeable and experienced in construction and inspection standards related to reinforced concrete and masonry structures · Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements · Minimum 5-7 years Architectural experience · Minimum 5-7 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry · Professional Certificate or Journeyman Carpenter experience preferred · Excellent troubleshooting skills for all aspects of Clean Room builds · Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and
